Red Sea Unveils First-ever Underwater Military Museum in Egypt and Africa

 The Red Sea Attractions Governorate has announced the establishment of the first-ever underwater military museum in Egypt and Africa. The museum aims to showcase the rich military history of Egypt while conserving the natural coral reefs in the Red Sea. The project, which has been planned and prepared for years, involves sinking 16 pieces of military equipment in three different locations in Hurghada: Shaab al-Saqala, Uruq al-Tawil, and Arg Jama’ in Magawish.


Each of the 15 pieces of equipment has a unique story and significance, and they will provide new diving experiences for visitors. The museum's inauguration ceremony is scheduled to take place at Hurghada's tourist marina next Thursday. Dr. Yasmine Fouad, the Minister of Environment, along with several Arab environment ministers from countries like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Djibouti, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen, will attend the ceremony.  Im 11. Jahr in Folge waren die Dörfer von El-Toud, östlich des Gouvernements Luxor in Ägypten und Ägypten-Touren , Gastgeber für die Aktivitäten der Deutsch-Ägyptischen Jugendwoche. Diese Veranstaltung, die von führenden Vertretern der sozialen Solidarität, dem Stadtrat von El-Toud, Tourismusverantwortlichen und der Jugendvereinigung für umfassende Entwicklung in El-Toud unterstützt wurde, hatte zum Ziel, den kulturellen Austausch zu fördern und die Verbindungen zwischen den beiden Ländern zu stärken.
